1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Fika Lingo, its landing page, and related software provided by Novi Homines Software Oy (Business ID 3493380-2). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app or site.

2. Permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Fika Lingo for lawful, personal language learning. You must not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, resell, or redistribute it except where applicable law permits.

3. Practice content and availability

Vocabulary, translations, sentences, and other practice content may be generated or may contain mistakes. They are for language practice only and are not professional, legal, medical, safety, or other advice. Features depend on your device, browser, downloaded models, local storage, and network. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. You are responsible for keeping copies of anything important because clearing app or browser data can remove local progress.

4. Ownership

Fika Lingo, including its software, name, design, and supplied content, belongs to Novi Homines Software Oy or its licensors. These terms give you a right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership to you. App-store downloads and any future paid features are also subject to the relevant store's terms and refund rules.

5. Disclaimer and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fika Lingo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or problems caused by your device, network, or a third-party endpoint. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

6. Changes, termination, and law

You may stop using or uninstall the app at any time. We may change, suspend, or discontinue the service, or restrict use when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or a breach of these terms. We may update these terms by posting a new version here. These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
